Welcome to Gymaria. By using the Gymaria app, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Apple App Store terms. For assistance, contact gymaria.app@hotmail.com.

Using Gymaria

Gymaria offers tools for workout planning, exercise logging, and progress tracking. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app in a lawful and appropriate way.

Fitness information

Training guidance and app content are provided for general information and are not individualized medical advice. Exercise involves risk. Choose activities appropriate to your abilities and seek qualified professional guidance when needed.

Free and paid features

Some features are free; others require a Gymaria Pro subscription. Available plans, current prices, billing periods, and any introductory offers are displayed in the app and in Apple’s purchase confirmation before you subscribe.

Automatic renewal and free trials

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subject to Apple’s terms. If an eligible free trial is offered, payment begins when the trial ends unless you cancel in time. Any unused trial period may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases and refunds

Apple handles payment processing and applicable refund requests under its policies. You can restore eligible purchases using the app’s Restore Purchases option.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Gymaria available and useful but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Features may change as the app develops, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

License and Apple terms

Use of the iOS app is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless different license terms are expressly presented to you.
