Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Gymaria handles information when you use the Gymaria mobile application or visit this website. For privacy questions, contact gymaria.app@hotmail.com.

Information you choose to provide

The app lets you enter workout logs, routines, exercise notes, profile preferences, body measurements and progress photos. These are optional features you control. Based on the current version of Gymaria, this information is stored locally on your device rather than in a Gymaria online account.

Device permissions

If you choose to use progress photos, the app may ask for access to your camera or photo library. If you enable rest-timer notifications, the app may ask permission to send local notifications. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Gymaria does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may process purchase and subscription information according to Apple’s Privacy Policy. The app may receive subscription status needed to unlock paid features.

Website

This website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Storage and deletion

Workout information and photos stored locally remain on your device until you remove them in the app, if supported, or remove the app and its local data. Device backups may be subject to your operating-system and backup-provider settings. If you email support, your message and email address are used to respond to your request.

Children and privacy

Gymaria is a general fitness-tracking product. If you are under the age of majority, use the app with the guidance of a parent or guardian where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this notice as features change. The current version will be available on this page with its update date.
